Golden Omega has a state-of-the-art pilot plant which is a replica of the production facility. This allows us to develop customized products with specific ratios EPA/DHA, with up to 750 mg/g EPA+DHA combined in a pilot scale. The final developed product would then be efficiently produced in a commercial scale in the main facility using all the expertise reached in the pilot development.
This is a great advantage for brands which would like to develop a specific product, with ratios optimized for desired applications, providing an important point of differentiation vs. the competition.
*A minimum volume of approximately 10 tons a year would be needed for the development of a customized product.
