During 2023, we developed a strategy that will allow us to better focus our efforts on the community, comprising the following pillars:
- Engagement and trust: Through transparency, responsibility, and collaboration, we aim to establish enduring relationships based on mutual respect, with a genuine commitment to enhancing our collaborative efforts.
- Local opportunities and team development: We actively promote the growth of local talent and contractors while catalyzing innovative processes that create added value for the community.
- Waves of Arica: We support local entrepreneurship, coastal conservation in Arica, and the promotion of water sports, contributing to the overall well-being of our coastal community.
